I love wearing skirts and dresses, but I love how unique tulip skirts/dresses look. With heels, they totally elongate your body and gives you a pretty shape. And for those cooler nights, wear them with tights.

I think Nicole Richie looks adorable in the photo, but I'm not quite sure I could pull off the look. Thanks for posting a variety of price ranges, though--I may just have to check out that forever 21 skirt! :)

I'm a fan of the tulip skirt. I have a black one and I just love it. They are so pretty and I love them with heels.
